As with most of my recipes, this one came about because I was looking to follow a recipe for cashew butter. But alas, I didn’t have enough of the correct ingredients in my pantry! Where I lack in creating recipes from scratch, I make up with in adapting recipes to suit my current pantry stock!
Todays cashew butter recipe is a delicious mix of healthy fats from almonds & cashews mixed with a hint of sweetness from cinnamon & coconut flower nectar. Super easy to make in your blender or food processor and can be used as a spread, in my winter porridge or smooshed in-between medal dates for a delicious healthy snack!
