Today I sit down with Robyn Chuter who is a naturopath, a plant based nutrition expert and an extremely knowledgeable and wise woman in the plant based health space!

In this episode we dive deep into some really interesting topics in relation to nutrition and disease, such as autoimmune disorders, arthritis & diabetes. We talk about how to make a plant based diet work and the importance of removing practical and cognitive barriers.

Currently writing her honours thesis, Robyn is researching and writing on ‘Barriers to adoption and maintenance of a Whole Food Plant Based diet in Australia. She looks closely at why people go plant based and just as significantly, why they stop.

I really enjoyed this conversation as Robyn is a wealth of information. She was super interesting and pleasant to talk to and is grounded, very humble and extremely knowledgeable.

If you are looking for quality information as well as inspiration and motivation to take control of your health then this episode is for you! Let’s continue to learn from these experts who have so much to offer and in such unique ways.
