1 small beet, washed, peeled, and chopped

2. CITRUS PUNCH
1/2 banana
2 mandarins (de seeded)
1 tsp vanilla
ice cubes
1 cup almond milk

3. MANGO MADNESS
1 banana
1/2 apple
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup butter beans/or 1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen mango (or fresh if you can afford it hahah)
2 cups water
1 tsp chia seeds

4. HOT N SPICEY
1 cup of fresh or frozen berries
1 banana
1-2 Tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1/4 – 1/2 red chilli deseeded
1.5 cups water

5. TROPICAL PARADISE
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 large carrot
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup water
