Dr Luke Wilson is a man who is really practicing what he preaches. Coming across T. Colin Campbell’s book ‘The China Study’ in his first year of med school, Luke got a glimpse of what would become an increasingly important focus of his, Plant Based Nutrition.

Completing his internships along side Dr John Mcdougall and the staff at True North Health Centre in Santa Rosa, Luke wanted to take everything he had learned an apply it to his hometown community back in New Zealand. His Mission: To prove that a group of every day people in a community, could successfully improve their health outcomes by following a Whole Food Plant Based Diet.
